We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of our daughter, Juliet Eileen.  Juliet arrived Thursday, July 8 at 7:14pm. She was 6lbs 10oz and 19.5 inches. We are all over the moon and madly in love with her.

Here’s my beautiful family…this was taken shortly after Juliet was born.

I did a mini-newborn session with Juliet this week and I’m hoping to do another and include Amelia in it…assuming that it stops raining soon.  Stay tuned for those images as well as my birth story.

And of course Miss Amelia had to get in on the action so mommy took one picture of her.

This session was such a blast, seriously my stomach hurt from laughing so hard.  We did some traditional family play time at Herman Park and then daddy and Miss H went home and I got to goof off with mommy at a nearby graffiti wall.  You see, the mama and I go way, way back…we’re talking 15+ years so we have lots to laugh about.  It’s just so awesome to have watched her sweet little girl grow into a gorgeous toddler and now she’s expecting another one, yay!

Like I said, we goofed off…yes ladies and gents she is a rock star…like all mommies of course.

Oh.my.goodness can you say cute?

I photographed Miss S in her mommy’s tummy and as a newborn and I am amazed at how big she has gotten in only 6 months.  I simply cannot get over how much hair she has!  She most definitely has the most hair of any 6 month old I’ve ever photographed.  I love those sweet little curls!

Miss S. is all smiles and joy.  She and her parents braved the awesomely hot Houston heat to capture her sweet little personality at such a fun time.  Ok…I’ll stop rambling, please let me reintroduce to you Miss. S.

Oh my goodness this little one gets more and more beautiful each time I see her!  I just adore her perfect little head and big blue eyes.

So, I have to give the back story on this first image.  Miss E was crawling around and completely enthralled in eating leaves, checking out the ducks and her surroundings and she wanted absolutely nothing to do with us (her mommy, daddy, grandma and myself).  So a man who was fishing nearby came over to try and get her to smile and pay attention to us.  For some wild reason he decided to bring a little fish he caught and he put it down right next to Miss E.  Needless to say Miss E wasn’t too happy about this slimy squishy thing being close to her and honestly I can’t say that I blame her.  Ick!
