Weeeeee… I finally photographed a wedding album before delivering it!  Every time I order large products like canvases and standouts for a client I forget to photograph them and I do the same with wedding albums.  Not this time!  I finally remembered to photograph Cari & Jason’s wedding album before sending it off to them.

Our couples get to choose every aspect of their wedding album from the size of the album, to the cover options (including leathers, silks and more) and they get to choose every single image in their album.  When designing a wedding album we give our couples some general guidelines for the number of “must have” and “like to have” images to include in their album.  A soon as we know what images they want to include we begin the album design process. Our couples get to review and comment on their album design throughout the process.  Once we land on a final design we submit the album for production and a gorgeous custom album arrives 4-6 weeks later.

We work primarily with Renaissance Albums and this particular album is one of our most popular offerings, the Fine Art Album.  It’s a flush-mount album which means that each page is a thick page with a photographic print mounted to it.  It has a traditional feel with cover pages in the front, but each page design is unique and fully customized for our couples.

• Payment for your newborn session is due upon booking.

As a mom I cannot express how much I treasure images like this one…

there’s simply nothing in this world quite like those first moments with your new baby.

I recently got to meet sweet little W and his parents for his very first portrait session.  Mr. W was already 6 weeks old a the time of his session, but after lots of snuggles we got him nice and sleepy.  He’s such a sweet little boy and he looks so much like his gorgeous mommy.  I’m looking forward to seeing more of Mr. W throughout his first year!.

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family before and was so delighted when they contacted me to capture their family again.  Rice University is very special to their family so it was the perfect setting for their family portrait session.  It’s a gorgeous location with so many incredible photography opportunities.

We ran around and played, climbed and explored and enjoyed a lollipop or two.  Thank you K family for letting me spend time with you!
