our story

Just a little about us...

We're a married couple who've recently embarked on a new adventure... parenthood. The birth of our beautiful daughter has opened our eyes and our camera lenses to a new and wondrous world.

We're also a bit nerdy, pretty darn goofy and so very much in love with each other and our little girl. And yes, we're that cutsey couple that everyone rolls their eyes at. We both love football, baseball, travel and of course photography.

Now for the professional stuff... For more than a decade we've worked together professionally both under another photographer and independently to photograph weddings as well as engagement, bridal and family portraits. It wasn't until becoming parents that we were able to see the profound importance of the moments we were capturing.

Our mantra is "capture the art of family." It probably sounds a bit corny, and maybe it is, but it's the only way to describe how we feel. We feel that every family is unique; from the bonding of two souls on their wedding day to the birth of a child, the evolution of a family is truly a work of art. The "art of family" is the natural beauty of a family; individual personalities and genuine expressions captured in a moment. We aspire to tell your family's story through honest photographs that capture the true essence and art of your family.

We serve the Houston/Galveston area but we often (and happily) travel for weddings and portrait work including engagements, bridals, families, babies, maternity and more.
